What do we do?
My4walls helps make home ownership in West Yorkshire , North Yorkshire &
Humberside affordable through the HomeBuy schemes and gets people onto the first
rungs of the property ladder.
How do we do it?
We give information on and provide an online application form for four different
schemes for affordable home ownership:
New Build HomeBuy – where you buy part of a new property and rent the rest from a registered
social landlord
HomeBuy Direct - where you buy a percentage of a property on a designated private developer
site and receive a loan from the Government and the developer for the
remaining share
Discounted For Sale - where the property is discounted from the open market value by 25 - 50%
And we give:
