Coming from a relationship breakdown with nothing, I had to temporarily go and live
back at home, which was fine, but I was concerned that it would take me years
to save up the money for a decent deposit. I found out about My4walls and then

Being a mature purchaser and coming from a marital breakdown I had my limitations
with regards to getting a mortgage for the full market value. I ended up privately
renting from one place to another for 3 years, which I found unsettling as it
wasnt mine, but at least I had a roof over my head. I contacted My4walls and
decided 'Discount for Sale' would be my best option, and gosh it was.... I now
live in my own property, and have my life back. The last time I felt happiness
like this was when i had my children. I always remember the time when My4walls

prices in Sheffied the Government Open Market scheme enabled us to purchase a
family home closer to my work at the hospital, and our daughter's new school.
We were so thrilled because we were then able to accept the scholarship place
at the local private school for our five year old daughter. We have a much better
life balance now with no worries, and life is great not living in a "Sardine Tin".....We
